eog wells application

The "well application" is a Google Web App.  It will have a generic warning when it is started.  Right now, all it does is list all the wells, their number and billing name.  The search feature is not very smart, but it does work somewhat.

This will work:  ARBALEST 463  (result -- ARBALEST 463-3601H)

This will work:  463  (result -- ARBALEST 463-3601H, MARYS DRAW 463-3230H)

This will work:  -36  (result -- ARBALEST  463-3601H, ARBALEST 59-3601H, ARBALEST 62-3601H, FLATBOW 16-36H, FLATBOW 17-36H

This will NOT work:  MARY 272 --- has to be whole name if you use the name

At some point I would like to play with geofencing and let the application guess which well you are at as a suggested well before you search for one.
